Swimming Pool Maintenance - more news!

So dear reader, the pool is still very murky. Major Dickie has yet to purchase the floculant BUT the Algicide arrived today so we have tipped that into the water.

The pool is rapidly becoming a chemical soup! Perhaps we should add croutons! Actually I think we have croutons already as stuff is still coming unstuck from the bottom and floating to the top. Sort of croutons with froth!

At least it’s not bright green. A couple of years ago we got invaded by several ducks and the pool quickly resembled spinach soup - that took a lot of sorting out - most of the summer really.

It’s all a bit hit and miss but we plough on! A bit of a hobby really. We just play with getting it right.

WE RARELY ACTUALLY SWIM IN IT!
