So did you see dear old Heston do battle with that rib of beef last night. It seemed to me that the beef was in serious danger of winning the encounter especially after that 24hr cooking at just above room temperature. It still looked raw to me.

And what was that bit about the Armani sauce which seemed to involve mushrooms. I didn’t understand that at all. I thought Armani was something to do with clothes or is it their new Perfume and we’re supposed to dab it behind the ears whilst eating the steak?
